WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the agreement we have with our consignors, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is for this reason that we ask you to ensure you are well informed before you finalize your online purchase. Please contact us with any questions you may have. We are happy to help!

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

We collect sales taxes on all orders shipped within California.

CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM IN THE STORE?

Yes, if you are local we can arrange for your item to be ready for pick up. At checkout you will see the in-store pickup option.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

Our domestic shipping fees depend on the weight of the package. International orders are charged a flat fee.

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY?

Due to a high value on some of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $300 (for all countries that allow it) regardless of service type.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES?

We strive to ship out your package as quickly as possible. Packages are shipped out during our business hours Monday – Friday. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your item. For international orders, please allow more time. We do not have control over how long your item will be held in customs but we do our best to do our part so that your package arrives as quickly as possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs fees and that we will not falsify any paperwork in order to declare a lesser value or mark it as a gift.

ARE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, we are careful to make sure that every product that we sell is authentic. Before selling an item online, high-end and luxury items go through a brand specific, multi point inspection.

WHAT CONDITION ARE ITEMS IN?

Our products are highly curated and in great condition. We do our best to be transparent with our customers and let them know of all the signs of wear on products, as is expected in resale. Because we do not offer any refunds due to our agreement with our consignors, we encourage that customers ask as many questions and even request additional pictures, if needed, in order to make an informed purchase online.

In the product descriptions, we will assign each product one of the following conditions:

Excellent condition: This item appears new.
Great condition: Few light signs of wear.
Good condition: Signs of wear throughout.

DO ALL ITEMS COME WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

If the item comes with the original box, dust bag, authenticity certificate, and/or tags we will include that information in the product description. Please contact us before you make your purchase if you have any questions about what is included.

WHAT SIZING GUIDE DO YOU USE?

Sizes can vary depending on designer and where an item was made. Use this size guide to help determine your size. Please note that every designer is different so we recommend referring to the measurements provided under each product. If you have already purchased an item by a designer, we recommend using that as a guide. We are also happy to assist with any questions you may have before finalizing your purchase.
